1.8: (April 2011)

* Bugfix:
	- Handle TRANSIENT buckets correctly when collecting a long
	  answer from the backend.

* New features:
	- new program async-epptelnet.pl: Same as epptelnet.pl,
	  minus SSL and other frills, but can do async operations.
