fixes #204

- enforced 4-space indents everywhere
- enforced 0 spaces before, 1 space after ':' characters
- in "landlocked", converted "1" and "" to true and false, respectively
- in "national dish", removed trailing spaces in dish names
- in "elevation", removed commas and "m"s from elevations
- wherever possible, removed quotes around numeric values

The only file which changed somewhat significantly was "languages".
Here, I moved to a country / list of languages format, rather than
having a single entry for each language-country pair.

changed name of Macedonia to North Macedonia since it was not working on existing project, and that is the new official name from two months ago
